En el capítulo XXI: Virtues of the Mass, del tratado The Counsel of Conscience de John The Blind Audelay, el demonio Rofyn escribe su rollo de pergamino y es interrogado por San Agustín y San Gregorio (siguiendo probablemente el texto del anónimo del siglo XIII The lay folks mass book (Medes of the Mass), véase FICHA nº 82: https://juliomontanes.synology.me/bases/textos/?-table=textos&-action=browse&-cursor=0&Numero=82).

Audelay hace aparecer también a Rofyn, acompañado de Tytyuyllis, en otro poema del mismo manuscrito de Oxford, la Stanza on the Abuse of Prayer (véase la FICHA nº 42: https://juliomontanes.synology.me/bases/textos/?-table=textos&-action=browse&-cursor=0&Numero=42).
